Delivery

1. General Terms

  • Deliveries are done by me or my team in the first instance.
     

  • Deliveries are done by third party freight companies if we are not able to deliver ourselves.
     

  • Let us know potential obstructions to delivery like security gates, animals, safe places to leave items if no-ones home, and numbers for us to call. A re-delivery fee will apply if the goods need to come back to base. I want to help so Call me on +64 027 405 2100 if any questions.

2. Standard Delivery

  • Deliveries are done Monday to Friday in a 9am-6pm window and Saturday 9am -12pm
     

  • Deliveries for next day can be booked up until 11:59pm (NZ Time) the day before as long as a slot is available. Alternatively you can choose another day.

4. Delivery Areas & Costs

  •  Delivery areas are set by post code
     

  • Standard Delivery - North Canterbury Area A ($10)

    Post Codes: 7630, 7402, 7612, 7610, 7691, 7400,7692
     

  • Standard Delivery - North Canterbury Area B ($15)

    Post Codes: 7475, 7476, 7471, 7410, 7477, 7473,7472, 7481, 7430
     

  • Same Day Local Delivery - North Canterbury Area A & B ($15)

    Post Codes: Same as Areas A & B
     

  • Standard Delivery - Christchurch Area C ($15)

    Post Codes: 8051, 8083, 8052, 8053, 7670, 8061, 8062, 8013, 8042, 8024, 8023, 8011, 8041, 8014

    If your post code isn't here, and some aren't, call me on 027 405 2100. I might be able to make it happen.

5. Customer Collects

  • Collection is available during my studio hours Monday-Friday 9.30am - 5pm
     

  • Collection can happen on a Saturday between 9.30 & 12pm
     

  • Orders for collection from can generally happen with 2hrs notice however...
     

  • Let me know a pick up time
    Call or Text me to let me know what time you're thinking of collecting so I can have it ready. +64 027 405 2100.

3. Same Day Local Delivery

  • Same Day Local Delivery is Monday to Friday.

  • Same Day Local Delivery is only available to Delivery Areas A and B - (Much of North Canterbury)

  • Orders for Same Day Local Delivery need to be in before 1pm.
