Refund Policy

For refunds please email Laura@laurakingflowers.com. We are guided by the Consumers Guarantees Act NZ. If you are unhappy with a product purchased we will assess on a case by case basis towards a replacement or refund. We require proof of purchase and photos of faulty or substandard products to support the claim. Accepted refunds will be refunded to your original method of payment within 2-5 working days.
